Refund policy

Hampi Pure® – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 Jan 2025

At Hampi Pure®, we make wood-pressed cooking oils and hair & skin care oils that meet the highest standards of purity and freshness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and images of the product must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • If the product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.
  • If the issue is due to personal preference (e.g., aroma or taste) rather than a product defect.

3. Replacement Policy

In cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the return request is approved.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at aadishwarorganicspvtltd@gmail.com or +91 95630 36303.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or special discounts.
  • Gift cards or free promotional items.
